Two days late is better than a week, right?
Anyway, I’ve gone on a number of different assignments for my internship that have allowed me to sample lots of culinary delights, and that got me thinking. Why not use this week’s post to talk about trying fun, healthy recipes? These top three pulls are based on ingredients I’ve seen used recently and think I can actually attempt myself. Let’s go.
1. One blogger has a great recipe for brussel sprouts. This is great, because I never really know what to do with brussel sprouts, but want to. This recipe calls for a lovely lemon garlic glaze.
2. Here’s how to make your own lemongrass tea. I went home with stalks of lemongrass after one event, and had absolutely no idea what to do with them. But who doesn’t love tea?!
3. Finally, I want to try this nice kale salad recipe. Maybe I’m a little behind the times here, because everyone seems to have jumped on this kale bandwagon. But now’s my chance.
Even if your kitchen is small like mine, you can still make your whole apartment smell delicious by actually using the oven. See ya next week, readers.
